All the Benefits at a Glance!
What are the advantages of DTF printing compared to other printing techniques?
1
Enhance All Textiles
DTF printing is suitable for all types of textiles, such as polyester, blends, sportswear, functional clothing, workwear, safety vests, gym bags, and caps.
2
DTF is washable at 60°C
A major strength of DTF printing lies in its washability. DTF transfers are washable up to 60°C. We’ve tested it ourselves and are impressed with the results.
3
No more weeding!
No tedious weeding like with heat transfer vinyl is required. DTF printing is significantly more time-saving than other printing technologies. Even fine lettering is no problem.
4
Very cost-effective
DTF is undoubtedly one of the most cost-effective printing methods in the textile finishing market. While the equipment is slightly more expensive to purchase, it offers a highly affordable printing process.
5
Produce in advance
DTF transfers can be stored well after printing. They should be kept airtight in plastic wrap and protected from sunlight, ideally in a dark place, such as a shelf or box.
6
More flexibility
DTF transfers adhere to almost all fabric-based products. This includes textiles like T-shirts, hoodies, sweaters, or even socks. Bags and pillows are no problem either—it even works on wood.
